Dr. Suresh Kumar holds doctorate in Electro Chemistry from IIT Mumbai and has 30 years experience in process industry. Prior to the present position he worked as Head Research and Development department and a member of Management Executive Committee of a multinational company. He holds a proven track record in Process efficiency improvement, Quality assurance, Waste utilization, Waste water management, and Design of Effluent treatment process, etc. Dr. Suresh is an expert in SPC, SQC, Process audits and various management systems. He was a member of the Non-ferrous metal sectional committee (STD-9) of Bureau of Indian Standard, which prepares, review and upgrade standards in India. Prior to the industrial experience had two and half years research experience in electrochemistry. Worked at Central Electrochemical Research Institute (CECRI) , Karaikudi, a national laboratory of repute under CSIR. He is also an expert in setting up analytical laboratories and upgrading labs with modern analytical equipment. He has implemented ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001and ISO 50001 in various organisations and an expert in Hazard identification, Risk assessment and Aspect impact assessment. He is successful in devising strategies for implementing TQM and workplace management system. He interacts with various institutions such as NIIST- Trivandrum, NCB- Bellabgurh, CUSAT-Kalamassery, MGU-Kottayam etc.

Prior to this Sanjay has several years of experience as a project manager and lead mechanical engineer for different sections of chemical process industry like, including captive power plant, effluent treatment, water treatment, technical services, project management and maintenance activities. He has experience and expertise of working within a design and development team. He is also an expert in inspection, and has Strong working knowledge of CAD an in depth knowledge and experience of design changes and EPC contracts.
